coal and electric utility industries. The company designs, manufactures, installs and
maintains dust management equipment for its customers and provides
the chemicals utilized by its equipment.(Divested)

Brand Services, Inc. is the largest domestic provider of industrial scaffolding rental,
erection and dismantlement services. Its primary markets are in
the refinery, petrochemical, chemical, pulp and paper, and utility

Alpha Technologies is the former Rubber Instruments Division of the Monsanto Company. Alpha manufactures sophisticated instruments and software which measure and test cure characteristics of compounded rubber and other industrial compounds.(Divested)

for the corporate aviation and regional/commuter airline markets.

a major manufacturer of turbine engines for aerospace, industrial
and marine applications. The company has leading market shares in
large turboprop engines.(Divested)

Duro Industries, Inc. is the largest independent commission dyer and
finisher in the United States. The company dyes, finishes, prints
and coats broadwoven natural and man-made fabrics.(Divested)

Aviation Systems International, Inc. is a supplier of
aircraft spare parts, engine and engine parts, avionics, instruments,
rotable accessories and other related support items for aircraft
and engines, serving the worldwide commercial and general aviation

caustic soda and HCL in facilities utilizing Inherently Safe Technology (IST),
thereby eliminating the need for bulk rail shipment of highly toxic chlorine.

formed to build a leading staffing business focusing on niche industries which

GroupDekko Holdings is a leading manufacturer of highly customized sub components, assemblies and finished products for the office furniture, lighting, transportation, appliance, medical device, and consumer product end markets.

Distant Lands Trading Company is the only vertically integrated specialty coffee
company in the U.S. Following the initial investment, the company has acquired the assets of Java Trading Co., a leading supplier of quality comprehensive private label / proprietary branded specialty coffee,
and the Costa Rican farming assets and two mills from Volcafe.

Gray Energy Services is the leading independent provider of cased-hole wireline services
to the domestic natural gas and oil production industry.
|
DSI is the third largest for-profit provider of outpatient kidney dialysis services in
the United States. The platform acquisition for DSI included 109 kidney dialysis clinics and
home dialysis programs from Fresenius and Renal Care Group, representing approximately 6,900 patients.

KAZ, Inc., a leading provider of branded home healthcare and environmental products including steam vaporizers,
humidifiers, air cleaners, thermometers, insect control and repellant products and other similar products.

ActionEmco Acquisition, LLC, is the third largest wholesale distributor of the office supplies
and furniture in the United States serving small and medium-sized commercial, contract and retail office
products dealers in the Northeast, New England and Midwest regions of the country.

Maverick Media III, LLC is a company formed to pursue a build-up of radio station clusters
in small to medium-sized markets. Maverick has completed acquisitions of radio stations in Eau Claire,
Wisconsin and Lima, Ohio representing seven FM and three AM stations.

Ross Aviation, Inc. owns and operates fixed-base operations ("FBO's") serving the rapidly
growing business and general aviation market. Ross recently acquired Denver Air, the leading FBO at
Jefferson County Airport outside of Denver, CO.

Quickie Manufacturing Corporation is the largest supplier of retail household cleaning tools
and equipment and related products. Quickie sells through the home center, food, drug, mass merchant and
hardware channels.

Uno Restaurant Holdings Corporation is a leading operator and franchiser of full-service,
casual dining restaurants. Uno has more than 200 restaurants located in 32 states and selected
international cities.

Garden Fresh Corporation operates 97 buffet-style restaurants throughout the United States under the names of
"Souplantation" and "Sweet Tomatoes" with a food offering including salads, soups, pasta, baked goods and desserts.(Divested)

Catlin Westgen Group Limited is a Bermuda-headquartered specialty-lines insurer and reinsurer which operates a
leading Lloyds of London managing agency and syndicate and pursues underwriting opportunities through a

Bumble Bee Seafoods, Inc. is a leading global producer and marketer of canned seafood including tuna, salmon and
specialty canned seafood for over 100 years. In March 2004, Bumble Bee was combined with Connor Bros Income Fund,

MSA Aircraft Products, founded in 1986, is a leading designer, manufacturer and provider
of highly engineered window systems and associated composite components for use in Business Jet aircraft,
as well as in new applications in the 1st Class Commercial aircraft segment of the aerospace industry.
The company provides an extensive suite of patented products, comprehensive services and support to aircraft
OEMs, completion centers and dealers worldwide.
